Creamy Tahini Lime Vinaigrette
This is amazingly delicious!!! I'm serious three explanation marks necessary!!! I usually only like Tahini in small doses, but the coconut aminos in this along with the lime make a perfect umami. I have been brain storming all of this things I can slather this on. Right now I'm having it over cucumber salad. I'm thinking grilled shrimp might be on the menu this week for dinner using this as a dipping sauce.
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 4 tbsp coconut aminos (Tamari or soy sauce could be substituted )
blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
