This Paleo Basil Ranch Dressing is a staple in our house, especially during these hot summer months. It is refreshing and always a crowd-pleaser. I use this for not only summer salads but as a dip for chicken and fish as well. It’s completely addicting I promise you won’t be disappointed!

- 1 cup packed basil
- 1/2 cup mayo (I use Primal Mayo, if using a different brand I would start with 1/4 c and work your way to 1/2 cup)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Instructions

Blend: Place in a blender and pulse for 30 seconds. Yup, that’s it, it’s annoyingly easy. Oh! don’t forget to put it in a nice dish to make people think it’s fancier than it is. You got this!
