This is amazingly delicious!!! I’m serious three exclamation marks are necessary!!! I usually only like Tahini in small doses, but the coconut aminos in this along with the lime make perfect umami. I have been brainstorming all of these things I can slather this on. Right now I’m having it over cucumber salad. I’m thinking grilled shrimp might be on the menu this week for dinner using this as a dipping sauce.Print
Creamy Tahini Lime Vinaigrette
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup tahini
3 tbsp lime juice
4 tbsp coconut aminos (Tamari or soy sauce could be substituted )
blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
