Anatomy of the perfect Jar Salad
Jar Salads are the perfect way to meal prep AMAZING BIG A-Salads. I love that I can make 10 of these every week and My husband Chris and I can have nourishing lunches everyday.
- 32 oz Mason Jars
- Start by adding salad dressing and proteins to the bottom of your jar. I recommend only adding the dressing for the first two or three days and putting your last two or three days of dressing in tiny jars to keep your salads crisp.
- Your next layer will be fruits.Cheeses will go on to of fruit.
- Veggies will be in the middle.
- Lettuce second to last.
- Nuts on top to keep their crunch.
