Salmon Dinner

Alright you heard me preach about this hash earlier but I thought I would lay out detailed instructions of how I cook and assemble my salmon and hash

Ingredients 

Arugula or spring mix 

Salmon

Butter or Ghee  

Borsari salt (the white label I find mine at whole foods ) 

Hash 

Blueberries 

Directions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425. Place salmon in a baking dish and place a pat of butter and salt each fillet. Bake for 20-25 min or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. 
  2. Fill a bowl with arugula or spring mix and drizzle extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Add hash, salmon and blueberries
  4. Enjoy!
