While in San Diego this week we stopped by Point Loma Seafood to pick up some fresh smoked salmon. If you’ve not been to a fish market thats right in the harbor you ABSOLUTELY must! There were locals, visitors, and fishermen bustling all around with BIG fish opinions. It’s quite a sight to see.
For the Charcuterie board we found crackers at Whole Foods by Firehook that were sugar free and the only oil in them is olive oil! I chose a chambre for a soft cheese because of its mild flavor with blood orange marmalade poured over the top that helped give some depth. avocados, sumo orange, and mixed nuts give beautiful color and texture to any board . Grandma’s Sidecars are perfect along side this snack!
